I love Tweety, don't ask me why. I've also started using freezer paper to mask the design when I spray paint. It is fantastic. I'm going to have to teach classes on this, it is so much fun. I cut the frame for tweety and then tweety is cut out of the frame. I spray paint with the frame first, to get the color of Tweety and to get the design straight. After that paint dries, I mask Tweety and then spray paint the background of the T. Then I take the actual stencil of Tweety and spray paint that in black outline for the detail. I of course added crystals for make it all sparkle.
